Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms apply to any use of Reachlist and to any subscription. You accept them when you create your account.

1. Who we are

Reachlist is published by RR OAKMONT LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico (United States), with its registered office at 1209 Mountain Rd Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. For any question about these terms, contact us at contact@reachlist.io.

2. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of Reachlist, online sales prospecting software that brings together lead search and enrichment, CRM, calling, email campaigns, messaging, calendar, quotes and invoices. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them for yourself and for the organization you represent.

3. Business use

Reachlist is intended exclusively for professionals: companies, freelancers and independent workers acting for their business. By subscribing, you confirm that you use the service for business purposes and that you have the authority to bind the organization you register. Consumer protection provisions, including the right of withdrawal, therefore do not apply.

4. Account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity on your account, including by the users you invite to your organization. Let us know right away at contact@reachlist.io if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Free trial

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You pick your plan when you sign up and save a card to start the trial: nothing is charged during the trial.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription to the chosen plan starts automatically when it ends and the first payment is charged on that date. We remind you before the trial ends. If you cancel before, you pay nothing.

6. Plans, prices and payment

Plans, their features, the seats and credits they include and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices exclude taxes: applicable VAT is added depending on your country and tax status.

Subscriptions are paid in advance, monthly or yearly depending on the billing period you choose; a yearly subscription costs 10 months of the monthly one. Extra seats, phone numbers and credit top-ups are billed on top of the plan, at the price shown when you add them. The credit cost of each action is shown in the app.

Payments are processed by our payment provider; an invoice is available in your account for each payment. If a payment fails, we let you know and may suspend access to the service until it is settled.

We may change our prices: any change is announced at least 30 days in advance and applies from the next billing period. You can cancel before if it doesn’t suit you.

7. Plan changes and cancellation

You can change plans or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, with no commitment or notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, until which you keep access to the service. Started periods are not refunded.

After cancellation, your workspace becomes read-only and your data is kept for 90 days so you can come back or export it, then deleted.

8. Acceptable use

You remain solely responsible for your prospecting and for the content you send through Reachlist. In particular, you agree to:

  • comply with the laws that apply to your prospecting, including data protection rules (such as the GDPR) and the rules governing commercial calls, emails and messages (such as do-not-call registries);
  • honor objection and unsubscribe requests, and stop contacting the people concerned;
  • not send spam or fraudulent, misleading, abusive or unlawful content;
  • comply with the terms of the third-party services you connect (Gmail, Outlook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, HubSpot, Salesforce, Sellsy…);
  • not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, access other customers’ data without authorization, or resell the service without our consent.

9. Your data

You remain the owner of the data you import or create in Reachlist. You only grant us the rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the service. For the personal data it contains, you are the controller and we act as a processor, under the conditions described in our privacy policy and, on request, in a data processing agreement (DPA).

You can export or delete your data at any time from your account.

10. Lead data

Lead search and enrichment results come from public sources and third-party services. We do our best to provide accurate, up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that it is complete or accurate. It is your responsibility to make sure you have a legal basis before contacting the people concerned.

11. Third-party services

Some features rely on third-party services you choose to connect, or on carriers (calling, email delivery). Their availability and terms are set by their providers; we are not responsible for their outages or changes, which may affect the related features.

12. Intellectual property

Reachlist, its software, design, brand and content remain the exclusive property of RR OAKMONT LLC. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your business needs, for the duration of the subscription.

13. Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the service available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Interruptions may occur, for maintenance or because of an incident at one of our providers; we keep them to a minimum. We continuously improve the service and may change its features, without removing the core of your plan during your subscription.

14. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, customers or data, business interruption), nor for the consequences of how you use the service and the content you send. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Suspension and termination by Reachlist

We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaches these terms, in particular in case of spam, fraud or non-payment. Except in an emergency or where the law requires otherwise, we warn you first and give you the chance to fix the situation.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We inform you of any significant change by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that date, you accept the new terms; otherwise, you can cancel your subscription.

17. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). In case of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution: contact us at contact@reachlist.io. Failing an agreement within 60 days, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
