Build a list of qualified prospects
Pick the right source, target without spreading thin and enrich your contacts: how to build a list you actually want to call.
In this guide
01
Define your ideal customer
Before the source, the portrait: trade, size, area, buying signal. “Independent real estate agencies in Lyon, 2 to 10 agents, well rated” beats “real estate agencies in France”. The sharper the portrait, the shorter and more profitable the list.
02
Choose the right source
Google Maps and Pages Jaunes for local businesses (phone, website, reviews), LinkedIn for B2B decision makers (title, company), Instagram and TikTok for creators and brands. The same target can be crossed on two sources for more precision.
03
Target by keywords and area
Combine several close keywords (“real estate agency”, “property sales”), draw a realistic area and set a minimum rating. Three well-targeted lists of 100 leads beat one list of 1,000 nobody will call.
04
Enrich and clean
Verified emails and numbers, duplicates removed, status filled in: a clean list is faster to work. Remove closed businesses, group branches of the same brand and tag by segment to personalise your messages.
