From meeting to signed quote
Prepare the meeting, run discovery, send a clear quote and follow up until it's signed, without letting deals slip.
In this guide
01
Prepare the meeting
Review the history (calls, emails, notes), check the website and reviews, prepare three discovery questions. An agenda sent the day before reassures the prospect and reduces no-shows.
02
Run discovery
Get your prospect talking about their situation, what they've already tried and what it costs them. Rephrase before proposing. The proposal should answer what was said, not your catalogue.
03
Send a clear quote
A quote sent the same day, with understandable lines, an expiry date and online signature, gets signed faster. Offer a deposit if the project calls for it.
04
Follow up until a decision
Set the next step before hanging up. Without an answer, follow up at D+2 then D+7 with a precise question. A deal without a next action is a deal you lose.
