Build a multichannel sequence that gets replies
Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calls in the right order: a sequence that follows up without nagging and stops at the reply.
In this guide
01
A sequence, not a burst
Four to six steps over two to three weeks is enough. Alternate channels to multiply touchpoints without repeating the same message: a LinkedIn profile visit, a short email, an invite, a follow-up, a call.
02
Write the first message
Three to five lines, one idea, one simple question at the end. Personalise the first sentence with a verifiable fact about the company. The rest can be shared by the whole list.
03
Follow up smartly
Each follow-up brings something new: a customer story, a resource, a different question. Space them two to four business days apart. The sequence must stop as soon as the prospect replies, on any channel.
04
Measure and improve
Look at reply rate per step rather than open rate. Test one variant at a time (subject, opener, call to action) on at least 100 prospects before drawing conclusions.
